Return & Cancellation Policy – Men & Beyond
At Men & Beyond, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, unless it meets the specific conditions mentioned below.
Eligible Returns (Within 7 Days of Delivery)
You may request a return or replacement if:

You received the wrong product

The product delivered has expired

The item is physically damaged, or the packaging has been tampered with

The order is incomplete or has missing items
To raise a return/replacement request, email us at karekoskincare@gmail.com with your order ID, product images, and a photo of the invoice.
Note: An unboxing video is mandatory for any claims regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
Return Requests Will Not Be Accepted If:

The product has been opened, used, or altered in any way

Original packaging (including labels and cartons) is missing

The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery

Damage or missing product is reported after 2 days of delivery
Return Process
1. Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pick-up within 5–7 business days.
2. The returned product will undergo a quality check at our warehouse.
3. If the product passes inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed.
If reverse pickup isn’t available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the item.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order via the ‘Cancel’ button in the ‘My Account’ section before the order status changes to “Ready to Ship.”
Note: Men & Beyond reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, with or without prior confirmation. We may contact you to verify the order before shipping.
Refunds

For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must share their bank details for the refund process
Refunds for returns will only be initiated once the returned product passes our quality check. The full return process may take up to 2 weeks from the date of pickup.
