• Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled within two (2) hours of placing the order. After this period, the order will be processed for shipping and cannot be canceled.
• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (where available). We reserve the right to limit or remove Cash on Delivery as a payment option for specific products or locations.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Loss or Damage: In the event of a damaged, missing, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. A mandatory unboxing video is required to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

• No Returns/Exchanges: Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product delivered is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.
• Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be processed for eligible returns, canceled orders, or damaged products.
• Refund Process: Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method. The refund process can take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account. Kareko Skincare LLP reserves the right to issue refunds in the form of a store credit or gift card in certain circumstances.
